How does it work?
You email us what you would like to learn or fix, and we reply to set up your first session. We talk you through each step by phone, and for anything on a computer we use Zoom so we can see your screen. Everything is one-on-one, at your pace.
How much does it cost?
A 60-minute session is $75. A four-session course is $270, which is 10% off. Your first session is a regular paid session, set up by email.
Do you offer in-person help?
Yes, if you live near Montgomery, Alabama and would like someone to come to you. In-person visits cost more because of travel time and costs, and we quote the price before you agree.
Do I need to know how to use Zoom?
No. If you need Zoom for working on a computer, we will teach you how, step by step.
Who is this for?
Anyone. Many of our clients are seniors and older adults, and many are simply people who want a patient person to help, at any age.
What if I am slow, or nervous about technology?
That is exactly who this is for. We go at your pace, with no rushing and no jargon.
What happens if I need more time?
Extra sessions are available at a set price, listed before you agree. There is never any pressure.
Can my son or daughter book it for me?
Yes. Many sessions are booked by family, and they are welcome to join the call. We will talk with you first so you know what to expect.
What should I have ready?
Your device and its charger. If you know your passwords, great. If not, we will help you find a safe way to keep track.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plain and fair. See our terms for the details on rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds.
Let’s make it easy.
Tell us what you’d like to learn and the best time to call. We’ll take it from there.
