Site down? Let’s fix it.
White screen, errors, redirects, or a hack. Tell us what you’re seeing. We find the cause, quote a clear price, and repair it without making things worse.
The usual emergencies.
Most WordPress emergencies have a small number of causes. These are the ones we see most.
White screen or “critical error”
The site is blank or shows a PHP error, often right after an update.
Site is down or showing 500 errors
Pages will not load, or the whole site is unreachable.
Hacked or redirecting
Spam pages, strange redirects, a Google warning, or admin users you did not create.
Locked out of the dashboard
Login loops, lost passwords, or an admin account that vanished.
Broken after an update
A plugin, theme, or WordPress update changed the layout or killed a feature.
Forms, checkout, or email not working
Leads or orders are not coming through.

One clearly defined problem: a plugin conflict, a broken page, a failed update. Diagnosis, repair, and testing included.
Ask about thisMalware removal, cleanup, and hardening. Simple infections caught early sit at the low end; ones that have run for weeks cost more.
Ask about thisDamaged databases, failed migrations, or a site that needs rebuilding. You get a written quote before we start.
Ask about thisWhat not to touch.
Do take a backup if you can, write down what changed just before it broke, and keep your login details handy.
Don’t delete files you don’t recognize, reinstall WordPress over a possibly hacked site, or change many things at once. Read the full emergency guide or our hacked site checklist.
Good to know.
How fast can you start?
We reply to emergency requests as quickly as we can. We will not promise a specific hour before we have seen what is wrong, but a site that is down is treated as a priority.
What should I do while I wait?
Do not delete files you do not recognize, and do not reinstall WordPress over a site that may be hacked. Take a backup if you can, and note what changed just before the problem. Our guide on what not to touch in an emergency covers the rest.
Can you fix a hacked WordPress site?
Yes. We clean the infection, remove rogue users and files, update and reinstall components from trusted sources, and close the way in. The goal is to find out how they got in, not just remove the damage.
What if it cannot be fixed?
We will tell you before you spend more. Sometimes the honest answer is a restore from a clean backup or a rebuild, and if so we quote that clearly.
Do I keep control of my site?
Yes. Your domain, hosting, and files stay in your name, and we explain what we changed.
